Refund policy
We are certainly sure that you will love our products but if for one reason or another you need to return your purchase, El PEPITO accepts returns of unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days after the purchase.
Your refund will be processed in the original payment method of the purchase. We will process the refund for the full price of the product after the item(s) are back to our premises. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
Once the product(s) are inspected we will send you an email to confirm the refund. Please allow up to 7 working days to process your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Returns items must be sent to the address provided below. The incurred costs of the returns must be paid by the customer and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products are sent appropriately to ensure they are not damaged during its transport.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges. You will need to place a new order for the desired item and return the original product.
