SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping
We dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days of receiving payment, using the APC Overnight Fragile Service. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.
We cannot currently ship outside the UK through our website, but if you would like to purchase an item, please email us at hola@elpepito.com and we will let you know the shipping costs.
Returns
We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, items must be sent back within 30 days of delivery.
Please email us at hola@elpepito.com to request a return, and we will arrange collection through APC.
Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by us. We cannot issue refunds for items that arrive damaged, and all returns must be sent back in their original packaging.
Please note: We currently do not offer free returns. A postage fee will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the item and its packaging and email them to hola@elpepito.com so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
