Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders of stocked goods within 2-3 days of the date of payment. If you need your delivery sooner than this then let us know by email at hola@elpepito.com and we will do our best to get it to your order to you as soon as we can. 

Returns

If you would like to return an item, please contact us by email at hola@elpepito.com at your earliest convenience.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

As a small business, we are sorry to not be able to offer free returns. As such, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable. 

To return your item(s), please post them to: 1 Butlers Court Cottages, Fairford Road, Lechlade, Gloucestershire, GL7 3DN.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as if we do not receive your returning item, we cannot guarantee the acceptance of your refund.

 There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Damaged Items

If your item has been damaged in transport, please ensure that you take photos of the item and it’s packaging and email them to us at hola@elpepito.com.
